What will it cost for a complete human resources and payroll solution?

SG Partners charges a flat $32.50 per employee per month. For employers with over 50 employees, special pricing is available.

Is there any start-up cost?

There is no start-up costs except for any employee benefit programs that are selected from third party providers.

How long of a contract must I sign?

SG Partners provides services on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment. Many of our clients have been with us for many years.

Can I export my data if we want to discontinue our service?

Yes. Contact SG Partners with your request to download all your data at no additional cost.

Benefits Management

Do your sell medical or other employee benefit programs?

We do not sell or represent any products - we are neutral and we receive no compensation for the sale of such products. We can and do assist you in making the correct benefit program selection and will work with your existing agents and professionals or recommend others to you if you request.

Payroll Management

What if there is a payroll penalty?

We cover you for all payroll penalties if the problem was a direct result of our actions.

How are Vacation, Sick, and other time off tracked?

SG Partners' HR computer system is state-of-the-art and tracks all such information. Vacation and sick time are also included on each pay stub for each employee on a per pay period basis.

Data Access and Security

Can I access my human resources and payroll data at any time?

Yes. SG Partners provides secure access to your data 24/7.

Can my employees access their payroll data?

No. It is our policy to restrict access to the data to the company's owner or designated person or group of persons. Our experience shows that employee access causes many problems and is not used on a regular basis. SG Partners does provide PDF versions of all paychecks and pay stubs each pay period to each employee.

Can other people access my data?

No. SG Partners takes seriously the security of your data. Each company's data is password-protected. You create your own passwords, so no one can see or have access to your password. As your data travels over the Internet, it is protected by a technology called Secure Sockets Layer or SSL encryption. SSL ensures that your data makes it to your location before it can be decoded. For added security, your company needs to make sure your browser supports 128-bit encryption. This level of encryption is the highest currently supported by consumer Web browsers. Be sure you are also using the latest version of your Web browser, as enhancements have probably been made since you last upgraded.
